Vinyasa Flow (Heated)
I teach a HOT vinyasa flow branded class where I guide students through a sequence of yoga poses, or asanas, that flow together seamlessly. The practice typically includes a warm-up, a series of standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, and a final relaxation or meditation.
As a yoga flow teacher, I create a safe and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore their practice and find their own edge. This involves providing clear cues and modifications, and encouraging students to listen to their bodies and move at their own pace. Additionally, incorporating breathing techniques, or pranayama, into the practice can help students connect more deeply with their breath, calm their minds, and cultivate a sense of focus and presence. Overall, teaching yoga flow is an opportunity to guide students on a journey of self-exploration, physical challenge, and inner peace.
Participants should come to class well-hydrated and bring a towel and water bottle. It is recommended to wear comfortable, breathable clothing.

Yin (Heated)
A hot yin class is a type of yoga class that focuses on long-held, passive stretches that target deeper connective tissues, such as tendons, ligaments, and fascia. The room is heated to approximately 100-103 degrees Fahrenheit to help loosen muscles and increase flexibility. Postures are held for several minutes, allowing gravity and relaxation to deepen the stretch.
The practice of yin yoga emphasizes stillness, mindfulness, and acceptance of discomfort. It can be a therapeutic practice for those recovering from injuries, experiencing stress or anxiety, or looking to increase flexibility and mobility in their joints.
I also incorporate breathwork and meditation techniques to enhance relaxation and deepen the mind-body connection. Participants should come to class well-hydrated and bring a towel and water bottle. It is recommended to wear comfortable, breathable clothing.
