These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the yoga services (“Services”) provided by Stephanie Vogel (“Yoga Instructor”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Payment Payment for the Services is required in advance of each session or class. The Yoga Instructor reserves the right to change the prices for the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy If you need to cancel a session or class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or class.

4. Medical Disclaimer Yoga is a physical activity that may not be suitable for everyone. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are in good physical health and have consulted with a physician before beginning any yoga practice. The Yoga Instructor is not a medical professional and cannot provide medical advice or treatment.

5. Release of Liability By using the Services, you agree to release the Yoga Instructor from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may result from your use of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property All content provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the property of the Yoga Instructor or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Services without the prior written consent of the Yoga Instructor.

7. Modification of Agreement The Yoga Instructor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after the modification of the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Yoga Instructor is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Yoga Instructor with respect to the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Yoga Instructor.

By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Services.
